We hebben een prima nacht gehad, wel heel veel regen maar we zijn allemaal droog gebleven, op Sjoerd’s z’n broek na. De dag begon met regen, we zagen het somber in. Spullen opgeruimd, rugzakken ingepakt en toen ontbeten bij het Inveroran Hotel, daar hadden we ook een lunchpakket besteld. Hummmm.
Na ontbijt met regenkleding vertrokken, maar het weer werdt steeds beter. Uiteindelijk kregen we de zon te zien. De route was door Ranoch Moore, het hoogste punt was 447 meter. Rond een uur of 12 hebben onze lunch opgegeten bij een oude ruine en hadden nog maar 6km te gaan omdat Patrick en Huib heel snel waren..
Naarmate we onze eind punt naderder, begon het weer dicht te trekken; de wolken werden steeds donkerder. De regen begon op het moment dat we onze campingplek bereikten, dus snel te tenten opzeten in de regen 🙁 Daarna de pub ingedoken om eerst een paar PINTS en LEMONADE te drinken. Ook hebben we een lekkere soep gegeten en weer meer bier en toen en Ribeye Steak op. We zijn weer warm, maar het regent nog steeds. Wij zijn van elende maar weer in de bar gaan zitten.
